From the inn's broad covered front porch, you can savor the lazy parade of strollers, skaters and bicyclists making good use of the new renovated brick Promenade. The Inn is located straight across A1A from South Florida's most noted beach, within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants that line Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard. The Beach Resort, located on Fort Lauderdale Beach, features a sensational location and swaying palms with a breathless view of the Atlantic Ocean on beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach Promenade. You will be in the middle of all the action with 4 star restaurants, café bars and great nightlife within walking distance. Lounge by the heated up pool or bask on the achromatic beaches with emerald waters. Standard guest rooms feature Queen size or two treble beds available complete with toaster, coffeemaker, mini-fridge and microwave. The big efficiencies feature two treble beds or one queen bed. They include a full equipped kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, as good as a little breakfast nook. This efficiency will comfortably fit two to four guests, depending on the bed type. Have breakfast and coffee on the big oceanfront porch before heading off to close-by jet-skiing, parasailing, or snorkeling. The Waterfront Inns Beach Resort is but steps from recreation, dining and entertainment. Delight Note: No reservations for the time period of March and April will be taken for anyone under the age of 21. IDs of all occupants will be checked and a refundable deposit of $ 500.00 will be charged. Travel between 2/25 and 4/15 and have free sangria.
